Youth Boxing and Fitness with Yes U Can!
Equiping our Youth to be Positive Contributors to Society
Yes U Can teaches youth boxing, kickboxing, fitness and nutrition in a program designed to address individual needs all within a fun atmosphere. This program is geared toward young men and women ages 12-16. The program consists of 2 hour sessions meeting twice a week for 8 weeks. Current Sessions are
Mondays and Wednesdays from 4-6 pm.
